MacXDVD software is available on a try-before-you-buy basis, and there are free trial versions for you to fully experience it prior to purchasing. Descriptions for different software are also available on our website. All these help you make an informed purchase decision and avoid buying the wrong product.

Please Note! Refund is only given when you provide detailed order reference number along with detailed and grounded reasons, so it's your responsibility to manage those files (order number, pruchase date, licenses number, screenshots of error messages, detailed descriptions of errors, etc).

Refund Guarantee

MacXDVD provides an up to 30-day Money Back Guarantee for most products. Refunds will be approved within this guarantee only under the accepted circumstances below. Should a purchase exceed the product's specified money-back-guarantee period, no refund will be given.Note: In principle, the refund fee will be borne by the customer in any case.

Unacceptable Refund Circumstances:

Whilst we make every effort to provide customer satisfaction, due to the nature of the software, there are circumstances where we are unable to offer a refund:

1. Failure to read the description of the product before purchasing and resulting in dissatisfaction with the functions or results. Before purchasing any MacXDVD software, you're strongly recommended to read the description of the product and to try the free trial version.

2. In principle, no refund will be made if you bought the software more than once due to your own mistake. Please note.

3. The customer fails to read the license description and purchases a license type that does not meet their needs.

4. Purchase of a so-called "wrong product", as per your request within the guarantee period, we can exchange the wrongly purchased product for the correct product. If the product purchased incorrectly costs more than the product you want to exchange, we will NOT refund the price difference. If you don't want to exchange or purchase the correct product from MacXDVD within the purchased product's guarantee period, or purchase of the correct product from another company, we will NOT offer a refund.


5. The customer does not follow the installation guidelines of our customer support team and refuses to accept technical assistance.

6. A refund request due to technical trouble, with the customer refusing to cooperate with the MacXDVD support team in attempts at troubleshooting by declining to provide detailed descriptions and information regarding the problem, or refusing to try the solutions we have offered.

7. We regularly upgrade our software to include compatibility with new OS releases and fix minor bugs. If the bug reported was fixed in an update but the customer refuses to upgrade.

8. A customer has a 'change of mind'(like "I do not like it", "I do not want", "I've made a purchase by mistake, "Software was not used", etc.) after purchase.

9. A customer informs us about changing his decision to buy the software, saying he has uninstalled it and is not going to use it without giving any particular reasons.

10. The customer fails to check the compatibility requirements before purchasing and purchases the software for an OS different from that used by the customer.

11. In rare cases, the customer upgrades the computer to a new OS that is no longer compatible with MacXDVD software.

12. The problem is caused by the customer's system or network settings or by a third-party application or device.

13. Failure to use the software due to the customer's improper operation.

14. Failure to receive the registration code within 2 hours after the order is successfully accepted. Normally, once an order has been validated, an e-mail containing the registration code will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you specified within one hour. However, sometimes the arrival of this registration e-mail can be delayed due to system malfunction or spam mail settings, etc. In this case, customer may contact MacXDVD customer service via email- all queries will be responded to promptly.
(For payment via bank transfer and cash on delivery, it can take 2 to 3 business days to receive the registration information.)

15. MacXDVD refund policy applies only to software purchased from MacXDVD website directly. Software purchased from an authorized reseller must be returned to the authorized reseller and is subject to the return policies of that particular reseller.

16. A refund request for part of a bundle. MacXDVD cooperates with a third party payment platform which does not support any partial refund within an order; whereas, MacXDVD may refund the whole bundle after the customer has purchased the correct product separately within the purchased bundle's guarantee period.

17. Back-up CD is offered by Avangate, which according to Avangate's policy, is not refundable.

18. We will not refund the difference between the price you were charged and the limited-time price reduction (special sales events).

Acceptable Refund Circumstances:

In the following circumstances, we may offer a refund. All requests are handled on an individual basis; we reserve the right to withhold a refund at our discretion.

Note: All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchasing the software and no refund will be given for orders exceed 30 days.

Non-technical Circumstances

1. Purchase of Download Warranty Service outside of product purchase, without knowing that it can be removed. In this case, please contact our payment platform Avangate and we will cooperate with you for refund the cost of it.

2. Purchase wrong product by mistake and purchase the product you originally wanted from MacXDVD at once. In this case, we will refund the wrong purchase if you don't need it and help you make the right purchase.

3. Purchase the same product twice or purchase two products with similar functions at the same time. In this case, MacXDVD will refund one of the products, or exchange one program for another MacXDVD product if required.

4. The customer does not receive their registration code within 24 hours of purchase and has failed to receive a timely response (within 24 hours) from the MacXDVD Support Team after making contact. In this case, MacXDVD will refund the customer's order if they have no need of the product in future.

Technical Circumstances

For technical problems, please contact the support team with your problem details first and we will provide detailed solution within one business day. If the purchased product does not function correctly due to crucial technical problems, and no solution has been provided within 30 days, MacXDVD will refund the purchase price if the customer doesn't want to wait for a future upgrade.

Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be immediately deactivated.
For Download Version, uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
