The Win Epson Projector Sweepstakes is organized by Digiarty Software, Inc (MacXDVD). ("Administrator"). By entering into this Sweepstakes, you ("Entrant") agree to accept the terms and conditions in these Official Rules.
1. Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes will expire when MacXDVD website reaches 6 million downloads ("Entry Period"). We will keep track of our website's download data everyday. You could also see the accurate, realtime download data at our "Software Giveaway and Projector Sweepstakes" page. The entries submitted after the Entry Period will be considered as disqualified.
2. How to Enter:
Visit the Software Giveaway and Projector Sweepstakes page, simply submit a valid Email Address as 1 entry.
You can earn Additional Entries (i.e. the Weights in randompicker.com) by following the instructions on the screen.
Specifically, to subscribe to MacXDVD YouTube channel and comment on the software video will earn 3 more entries. Sharing the event on Facebook or Twitter will earn 3 more entries. Liking MacXDVD on Facebook or Twitter will earn 1 more entry. Each participant can get up to 8 entries.
! Privacy protection: The email address will be used for confirmation, winner announcement, prize notifying & and MacXDVD related information. By entering the Sweepstakes, you will be agreeing to receive emails from Digiarty Software, Inc (MacXDVD). in order to confirm eligibility, and your personal information is used according to the privacy policy and will not be sold. You'll be able to opt-out at any time.
3. Prizes:
Grand Prize: 1 winner x Epson VS250 3LCD projector ($299.99 USD value).
4. Drawing:
On the day when we reach 6 million downloads, we will end the sweeptakes and then choose one lucky winner from all participants for him or her to win Epson 3LCD projector.
A random draw will be conducted with randompicker.com. Beyond that, this campaign is not connected to any third-party lottery draw apps. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Entry Period. The Administrator reserves the right to substitute prizes with equal cash value transferring via PayPal under exceptional circumstances. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Winner Notification:
The winner will be announced on the contest rules page here, our Facebook and Twitter. We will notify the winner by email. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining entries received. We'll only contact 2 alternate winners.
6. Additional Entries:
Participants who enter the Sweepstakes may receive additional entries in the following 3 ways.
a) Acquire 3 additional entries by sharing the event page on Facebook or Twitter.
b) Acquire 3 additional entries by subscribing to MacXDVD YouTube channel and leaving a comment on the video about MacX DVD Ripper Pro.
c) Acquire 1 additional entry by liking MacXDVD on Facebook or following @MacXDVD on Twitter.
7. Eligibility:
The sweepstakes is open to anyone from all over the world who has reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries.
