The Win Samsung 4K TV Sweepstakes is organized by Digiarty Software, Inc (MacXDVD). ("Administrator"). By entering into this Sweepstakes, you ("Entrant") agree to accept the terms and conditions in these Official Rules.
1. Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 pm EST, on August 5, 2019 ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
2. How to Enter:
Visit the Software Giveaway and Samsung 4K TV & Accessories Sweepstakes page, simply submit a valid Email Address as 1 entry.
You can earn Additional Entries (i.e. the Weights in randompicker.com) by following the instructions on the screen.
Specifically, to subscribe to MacXDVD YouTube channel and comment on the software video will earn 3 more entries. Sharing the event on Facebook or Twitter will earn 3 more entries. Liking MacXDVD on Facebook or Twitter will earn 1 more entry. Posting our contest page to deals (freebie, contest, coupon) site, forum or your blog and Contact Us with the proof, such as the screenshot or post link will earn 10 more entry. Each participant can get up to 18 entries.

4. Drawing:
On August 5 , 10 winners will be chosen from all the participants to win the prizes.
A random draw will be conducted with randompicker.com. Beyond that, this campaign is not connected to any third-party lottery draw apps. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Entry Period. The Administrator reserves the right to substitute prizes with equal cash value transferring via PayPal under exceptional circumstances. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Winner Notification:
The winner will be announced on the contest rules page here, our Facebook and Twitter. We will notify the winner by email. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining entries received. We'll only contact 2 alternate winners.
