What to Do If You Can't Access iCloud Photos

1. Cannot turn iCloud Photo Library on
I can't view iCloud photos as the iCloud Photo Library won't turn on. My iCloud Photo Library just says turning on and hasn't turned it on.
Wait until all the photos are loaded. It takes a while for iCloud Photo Library to upload photos to the cloud. If photos are loaded and you still cannot browse iCloud photos, try to restart your iDevice, log out iCloud and sign in to iCloud again. Check what to do if photos don't upload to iCloud.

2. Can't view iCloud photos via iCloud Website on PC
I go to iCloud site via a web browser and log into my account but there are no photos in My Photo Stream. I just want to see the iCloud photos streamed from my phone and iPad to iCloud. I have tried sign in again, restarting my computer etc.
You can access iCloud pictures on PC, but you can't view My Photo Stream on the web or Apple Watch. Photos shared or uploaded in the last 30 days are stored in My Photo Stream. Please follow our guide on how to access iCloud photos on Windows PC.

3. Can't see iCloud photos in iCloud Drive
I have loaded my photos and contacts in iCloud, but I can't see them in the iCloud app in my iPhone. I saw photos in my iCloud page in internet.
You can't browse iCloud Photo Library on iCloud drive since they are separate services. If you want to view iCloud photos in iCloud drive, you have to copy these photos to iCloud drive.
